-The Reflection of Black History 

A month for African Americans to reflect on how much history we made from the civil wars to the great leaders such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr (1929 – 1968) – “King was a pivotal figure in the non-violent civil rights movement.” During the 1950s and 1960s, he sought to improve race relations and overturn discrimination in American society. He is remembered for his powerful speeches which sought to bring about a united society” where race did not act as a barrier. He seen a dream that all whites and blacks couldn’t see that color shouldn’t matter because we all was born the same way because we all are humans and we only serve one God and he created us equal. 

Ms. Rosa Parks (1913 – 2005) Instrumental in the US civil rights movement of the 1950s and 60s. “It was Parks who began an influential boycott of segregated buses in 1955. “Parks  wouldn’t give up her to a white man to sit down and she stated to the bus driver that she’s tire she’s been working all day so as she refuses to give up her sit they arrested her she also said “she was fed up with how Negros where getting treated and there should be a stop to racism and segregation. Growing up knowing that the color of my skin is a threat and that I can’t do what the next race can do as a black man I have to work ten times harder than the white man because the color of my skin and even though we have freedom of speech and we have equal rights.

It just like we still don’t have freedom we still have segregation , Police brutality, a president that don’t respect nobody not even his own race he’s only for the wealthy people and he trying to make America great again instead of doing that he’s making enemies with people from different countries. Our first official Black US President Barack Obama of African origin. “Obama served two terms as President and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.”  

Despite Barack Obama and his mistakes he made when he was president he was a good man he cared about everybody’s well-being whether black or white he cared about poor, bullies, gangs, thugs, etc. you know it he did what he could do and that’s so much one person can do if we as people put our pride aside we will have a great country again but in this world people want to be the man. Black history is for us to express and be us and make more history together like creating new businesses and making our community’s better and stop the black on black crimes the black culture needs to take back what mankind stole from us which is our integrity.
